Millennials’ impact in fostering civic engagement and political literacy among young leaders. The
M-MAN serves as a catalyst for innovation, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of
youth empowerment and social change.

Advisory Board Structure

1.Community Advisory Board: 7-9 Members.

2. State Advisory Board: 11-13 members

3. National Advisory Board: 15-17 members

Requirements for Membership:

*Demonstrated expertise in civic engagement, political advocacy, or community organizing

*Commitment to youth empowerment and social justice

*Diverse representation in terms of age, race, gender, and professional background

*Willingness to serve a 2-year term with the option for renewal

*Local Government Officials (for Community and State boards)

Duties and Responsibilities

*Attend quarterly meetings (virtual or in-person)

*Provide strategic advice on program development and implementation

*Assist in identifying funding opportunities and partnerships

*Act as ambassadors for Mobilizing Millennials in their respective networks

*Contribute to the organization's thought leadership through articles or speaking engagements

*Mentor young leaders within the organization

*Participate in annual review of organizational goals and impact metrics
